Nicolas Teil

Nicolas Teil is the founder of Voco, the cockpit for experts who speak in public: a profile visible to event organizers, booking requests received directly, calendar and invoicing in one place, with no commission. He built it from twenty-three years spent on the other side of the mirror, placing speakers with leading companies. In 2003 he founded in Paris one of the first French speaker bureaus, followed by two more, including Minds in 2015, a talent advisory agency. There he helps executives, journalists, scientists and athletes shape their public voice, and trains teams in public speaking with the Minds Éloquence method. On stage, he talks about what he has watched for more than twenty years: what makes an expert heard, chosen and invited back, and how technology is reshuffling the cards between experts, agencies and organizers.
